Sasha's Story

Written by a teenage girl.
Published at 16.
Going global.

Sasha Sutherland grew up in Scotland, picked on in school, labelled 'too loud' and 'too distracted.' She had undiagnosed ADHD and felt deeply disconnected from herself for years.

At 13, she walked into a gym and decided to go every single day for a week. That one small decision changed everything.

"When I chose to keep going, I wasn't choosing the gym. I was choosing to become someone who doesn't quit on herself. And that identity shift changed absolutely everything."

— Sasha Sutherland, Introduction
